A set of stickers designed for health tracking in your planner! These are printed on matte white sticker paper so you can write on them easily. Choose between a weekly medication tracker sticker sheet, a sick day sticker sheet, and a period tracker sticker sheet!
The weekly tracker stickers measure approximately 1.25 inches across and are sized to fit in the column of the A6 hobonichi techo. They will also fit in the boxes of the Happy Planner (and similar style vertical planners) and in the columns of the weekly schedule spread of the a5 hobonichi cousin.

The functional sticker sheets are 3.5 x 4.75 inches. The stickers range in size from about 0.5″ to 1.5″ wide. They are printed on weatherproof matte white paper.
Sticker sheets are designed by me and handmade in my little home studio.
